Our policy lasts ten days. If ten days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, we require the original receipt of the item in its original packaging. Send an email requesting an RAN. Include why you are returning the item. Upon approval, we will issue a RAN. When returning the item, place the RAN on the shipping label. Without the RAN, your shipment will be refused.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within ten days, first check with your bank or credit card company.
Banks and Credit Card companies may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged.
Exchanges are permitted for the same item. Send an email of the request to email@example.com. You will receive the RAN. Return your item with the RAN to 8050 N. 19th Avenue, #153, PHOENIX, AZ, 85021, United States.
You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If shipping an item valued at or over $50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
